LSP worked closely with Persimmon Homes to deliver phase 1 of this Local Centre scheme. It was a scheme LSP had been involved with for a number of years and after almost 12 months of negotiation with the LPA, we finally received a consent for a scheme which worked for all parties involved. Sainsbury's are delighted with the end product, as are the other tenants to include Esquires, our first scheme with the coffee shop operator.
