LSP fulfilled the role of Development Manager for Bloors Homes helping them to satisfy S106 obligations which required the delivery of a new primary care health facility in support of a new housing development together with an increasing patient population. LSP helped with the legal negotiations both with the Council and Integrated Care Board and managed the project team at all stages of the development process including planning, agreement of the design and specification, Breeam accreditation process and construction phase.
