A new build convenience store on the site of a former GP surgery (new facility provided by LSP).
LSP worked in a development management role to secure planning via delegated powers, bringing together the design team to deliver the scheme. The project was delivered in 20 weeks from starting on site and is has become one of the chain's best performing food stores in its central England region.
