LSP were appointed via a 3PD tender process to provide a new Primary Care Centre for two local GP practices, together with outpatient/community accommodation for Hywel Dda Health Board.
Following an extensive site search, we acquired a site in the centre of the town on which the building has been developed.
The building serves 16,500 patients and includes modern treatment and minor operation suites, large group clinical spaces, an integrated pharmacy and has pre built and funded expansion space to facilitate patient list and clinical service growth over future years.
