LSP were appointed by St Hilary Group practice to develop a new surgery to replace both their existing and branch surgeries.
Finding an appropriate site proved difficult given the lack of available sites within their patient catchment area but eventually a site was identified close to the historic church of St Hilary.
Following extensive public consultation and close work with Wirral Council’s planning and conservation teams, work commenced in August 2011 and included extensive archaeological investigations. The building was completed in June 2012 and the practice took occupation in July.
