Two Schemes on Site in Wales

LSP now has its second scheme on site in Wales at Milford Haven, see artist's impression. Demolition of the former supermarket building has commenced in readiness for the construction of a 2067 sqm health centre. The health centre will house Robert Street and Barlow House GP Practices together with accommodation for the Local Health Board and an integrated Pharmacy unit. Works are due for completion in autumn 2012. The building works are being carried out by Cardiff based contractor OPCO Limited.
Our other scheme at Gelligaer is continuing to progress well despite the Contractor, Opco encountering challenging weather conditions over the summer and autumn periods. The facility is scheduled to open to patients in summer 2012.
