Good news for LSP in the last month, having secured two new development projects; a nearby convenience store in Moira and a mixed use, Council led scheme in Chelmund's Cross, Solihull.
The former fire station on Shortheath Road was acquired from Leicestershire Fire & Rescue following a competitive tender to construct a new convenience store for Co-op Group.
Following another competitive tender, we are also appointed to deliver the Village Centre in Chelmund's Cross. We are working with North Solihull Partnership, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and CBRE on the early stages of this development.
