Mixed Use Development Completes for Swindon Borough Council

The Sussex Square Retail Centre on Queens Drive achieved Practical Completion at the end of August 2015, forming an integral part of the Council’s masterplan for the Walcot East District of Swindon. The development includes for a Midcounties Co-op, Rowland's Pharmacy, Subway, Barnardo's and a Council led library.
