PC at Wellingborough and Start on Site at Swindon

March has been a good month for LSP with one scheme completing at Wellingborough and another starting on site in Swindon.
The retail development at Gold Street in Wellingborough was built by Newtec Construction and includes for two retail units which have been pre-let to Morrisons and Barnardos. The tenants are expected to open their units for trade in early May 2015.
Our scheme in Swindon, is a new local centre at Sussex Square in partnership with the Borough Council. The development comprises five units which have been pre-let to Mid Counties Co-op, Subway, Barnardos, Rowlands Pharmacy and Swindon Borough Council who plan to operate a community shop and library from the site. The retail development forms part of a wider Council led regeneration project for the area, comprising the demolition of existing flats and a rundown retail precinct, together with the building of forty nine affordable houses and flats. LSP have appointed Britannia Construction to build the retail centre which is due to finish in August 2015.
