Planning for New Convenience Store in Moira

LSP successfully secured planning consent at committee on 14th April to redevelop the former Moira Fire Station site, to provide a stand-alone convenience store of 3600 sqft, together with 14 on site car spaces and on site servicing for delivery vehicles. LSP have agreed to let the store to Co-operative Group and envisage commencing construction early in the summer, with completion towards the end of the year
