Positive Progress for Porthcawl

Assura/LSP were successful in tendering for the new health centre in Porthcawl in 2006 and due to various reasons, the project never progressed, however it has recently received Health Board approval to proceed. LSP quickly secured a site from Bellway Homes, designs have been finalised and planning will be submitted imminently.
The 3 storey building, incorporating 2 practices and a pharmacy is expected to go onto site in spring 2016.
There is a public consultation event on 12th November at the Glamorgan Holiday Hotel, between 9.00 – 18.30
