Legal Closure on West Gorton Medical Centre

LSP Developments have now instructed its contractor partner, Williams Homes to commence the construction of a new Medical Centre in Manchester on behalf of the West Gorton Medical Centre Practice.
The project was secured through a formal bid process led by Manchester City Council and despite many hold ups triggered by the NHS re-organisation back in 2013, LSP have continued to work closely with the practice, Central Manchester CCG and Manchester City Council in order to ensure that this important development is delivered, enabling the practice to deliver many additional new services to its patients in a modern, purpose built facility. Assura Properties have worked closely with LSP and are providing the funding for the development. In addition to the Medical Centre, there is to be new integrated pharmacy unit and a One Stop convenience store.
