New Retail Unit for Measham

Works have started on-site to build a new standalone 4,500 sqft retail shell on the site of a former Angling Shop and Club on the High Street in Measham.
LSP have agreed to lease the unit to Central England Co-operative as a replacement for their existing, dated shop within the town and will provide more floor area together with dedicated parking and off road servicing. The work is being undertaken by local builder Keller Construction and is due to be finished in March 2017.
