Successful Planning Application for new Local Centre in Littleover

LSP has worked with a consortium of national house builders to submit a planning application for a new local centre on the Highfields development at Littleover.
Following the successful consent, works will begin on site in spring 2017 for a 450 sqm Convenience Store, a 93 sqm A1-A2 unit and a 93 sqm A1-A5 unit with associated car parking, fencing and public spaces.
