Bicester Local Centre Deal Secured

LSP has secured a prime local centre opportunity from Countryside Properties. The site is situated at the heart of a new housing development which will ultimately comprise over 1750 new homes and other community facilities such as the new primary school opposite the local centre.
Our scheme comprises a Midcounties Co-op convenience store, a Busy Bees Day Nursery, 4 ancillary units, two of which have been let to Starfish (Fish & Chips) and Domino’s and 9 high quality apartments above the retail parade. The scheme is due to start on site in March 2018.
