Further Regeneration of Chelmund’s Cross, Solihull

LSP has completed building works on the District Centre at Chelmund’s Cross in Solihull, forming part of the new vibrant urban village centre. The scheme includes for a Central England Co-op, retail units and office space for the Council and smaller offices for start-up and independent businesses, increasing employment opportunities in the area.
The regeneration of the run-down area has given the local community a boost with modern buildings and pleasant public spaces.
