Littleover Local Centre Starts on Site

The Highfields Local Centre is now on site, supporting 1000 new houses being constructed by Miller Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Barratts. Phase 1 is being built by Keller Construction and comprises a Central England Co-op convenience store and two retail units, one which has been let to Zanfish, a regional fish and chip operator – works are due to be complete in spring 2018. Phase 2 includes for a further four 1000 sqft retail units.
