Blake Avenue, Droitwich achieves Practical Completion

Working in partnership with Wychavon District Council, LSP are delighted to report that their retail and community project fronting Blake Avenue has been successfully handed over. The regeneration project involved the demolition of a derelict community building to make room for a new convenience store which will be operated by A F Blakemore trading as Spar. The project also includes for the much needed refurbishment and extension of the Emmanuel Church which sits to the rear of the site, providing improved accommodation, including a new dedicated space for a Sunday school and a creche. The works were undertaken by Harpers of Leominster.
