Phase 1 of the Highfields Local Centre 1 is nearing completion with an anticipated PC date of June 2018. It comprises of a 4,800 sqft convenience store, pre-let to Central England Co-operative, along with 2 ancillary units of 1,000 sqft. In March this year, construction started on phase 2 of the development which comprises 4 x 1,000 sqft ancillary retail units.
