Planning Submitted for New Retail Scheme in Swindon

LSP Developments Limited have recently secured the allocated retail plot off Diamond Crescent on the Abbey Farm, Swindon development, in conjunction with Redrow and Linden Homes.
Planning has been submitted for a stand-alone convenience store of 3,225 sqft along with 9 associated car parking spaces. The Mid Counties Co-operative, who will be operating the store, are committed to supporting the communities in which they operate, which involves working in partnership with local volunteers and community groups. This store will create nearby jobs for not only the residents of the Abbey Farm development, but also the nearby local community in which the store serves.
