Planning Granted for Swindon Development

We have recently received planning consent for a small convenience store development at Abbey Farm, Swindon to provide a 3,255 sqft store for Midcounties Co-op along with associated car parking and servicing.
The site was small at 0.18 acres, but we have managed to design a store that works for Midcounties Co-op, and will also cater for the needs of the Abbey Farm development.
