Recent Local Centre Appointments

LSP is pleased to have to have been appointed on two local centre schemes at Streethay, Lichfield by Miller Homes and Monksmoor Park, Daventry, by Crest Nicholson.
On Miller Home's Roman Heights development we have been through the pre-App process and are now preparing a planning application for a convenience store and 5 ancillary retail units. We are looking forward to working on this one having successfully secured the site on the 3rd time of asking.
The Daventry scheme already benefits from a planning consent for a convenience store and 3 ancillary retail units, along with a community centre. We are currently working on fulfilling the planning conditions in relation to the scheme in general, not least the community centre. The local centre is the final piece to the Monksmoor Park development, where 95% of the houses and the school have already been developed.
