Another Exciting Project with L&Q Estates

LSP Developments are pleased to announce that they have been appointed by L&Q Estates, as development partner, to deliver the new Town Centre at Wixams, Bedfordshire. Wixams is very much a new community, the initial masterplan allowing for some 4,750 houses of which close to 2,000 are complete. The development is complemented with a Town Park, employment uses, schools and a proposed Railway Station, providing fast access to London.
The proposed Town Centre is circa 8 acres and will provide for a range of uses; local retail including a Supermarket, Café, Community Hub, Doctors Surgery, Children Day Nursery, Public House, Gym and a Care Home.
Harris Irwin Architects are appointed as lead consultants.
