Wixams Town Centre Design Code

We are pleased to announce that in conjunction with L&Q Estates, we have submitted the Town Centre Design Code on Wixams, which sets out the design, access and landscaping parameters.
Many thanks to all involved from the teams at L&Q, Barton Willmore, now Stantec and Harris Irwin Architects, working collectively to get this stage submitted. Our focus is now on the preparation and submission of the planning application.
