Practical Completion at Streethay

After nine months on site, Practical Completion has been achieved on our local centre development in Streethay, Lichfield, which forms part of the Miller Homes Roman Heights development.
LSP were appointed by Miller Homes to deliver the local centre and worked alongside Central England Co-op to deliver the scheme. Central England Co-op will be the owner of this site and will be dealing with the lettings of the ancillary units. Alongside, the convenience store there will be 5 ancillary retail units.
Central England Co-op and others tenants will start the fit out process, with a grand opening planned for June/July.
