Reserved Matters Granted for Weldon Park Local Centre, Corby

We are pleased to confirm that we have been successful in obtaining Reserved Matters Planning Approval, for our Local Centre scheme located on the Weldon Park development in Corby, Northamptonshire.
The development which is due to start on site in spring 2024, will be anchored by a Sainsbury's convenience store, supported by Esquires Coffee UK, Rumbles Fish & Chips, a barbers and a nursery.
