Unconditional: Lark Grange Local Centre in Bury St Edmunds

LSP are pleased to announce that we have now become unconditional on our Local Centre site at Lark Grange, Bury St Edmunds. It has been fantastic to work alongside Taylor Wimpey plc in securing this one and we look forward to providing much needed amenity for the local residents.
We can confirm that we have now placed the Build Contract with 2MS Construction and a start on site date has been set for the end of October 2023. We envisage a 6 month build programme with a store opening in the early Summer.
