Exchange of Contracts on Thornton Cleveleys Scheme

A good start to 2024 with exchange of contracts for the scheme in Thornton Cleveleys, Lancashire. Working in partnership with Wain Homes and Central Co-op, to deliver a 4,000sqft convenience store for the residents of the Kingsley Manor development and for the wider community.
We're looking forward to being on site later this year.
